Randy G. Pickering is both an alumnus of Black Hawk College, where he completed his AA degree, and Western Illinois University, where he earned an ASE/BA degree in Business and Education. Randy has served as President of the San Diego Association of Health Underwriters and is currently a member of the Employee Benefit Council, the National Association of Health Underwriters, the Association of Health Insurance Agents, and the National Association of Life Underwriters. He is in his 5th year as Chairman of the Tri City Hospital Health Committee for the City of Vista. As a registered representative of ProEquities, Inc. Securities, Randy helps his clients invest in 401(k), pension and profit sharing plans, stocks, bonds and mutual funds. During the past 25 years Randy has facilitated and presented thousands of employee benefit meetings. Randy's background in business and education make him a natural communicator in the employee benefit industry.
His clients and colleagues have repeatedly recognized him as both an Employee Benefit Broker and an individual with sound judgment and solid financial planning abilities. He remains concerned with the welfare of each client. Randy has the experience and expertise to plan a program of health and investment benefits, which can be tailor-made for an individual or group. Polly has been a member of Pickering Insurance Services, Inc. since 1988. Her skills as Operations Manager have resulted in an efficient and cohesively run firm. Her dedication to attention to details, coupled with the highest regard for the welfare of our clients has propelled Pickering Insurance Services, Inc. to the top of the Industry. With a reputation noted for complete professionalism, Pickering Insurance Services, Inc.' success is a direct result of the invaluable effort of Polly Jones. In addition to her overall duties as Operations Manager, Polly is a licensed Insurance Agent who is directly responsible for servicing and management of many of our major Employer groups.

An alumnus of Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois, Polly earned a BA in Business Administration with a Minor in Physical Science in 1976. She is an active member of the San Diego Health Underwriters and has recently held the positions of both Executive Membership Chairman and Executive Board Secretary.
